After a year of deliberation, this account's ultimate purpose will definitely be to serve as an ancillary to my Fimfiction account. I did suggest this about a year ago, but now I've decided for sure; this is where I'll be posting any sketches made as well as cut content. I'm posting the original versions of the first two chapters for Of Shadows now, and once my sixth chapter is out I'll also be uploading a collection of cut content that made up the first drafts of chapters 4 and 5. They're a bit awkward, but I do enjoy looking back on my past works to see how I've improved since. Once 6 is published, I can also finally upload the best pony drawing I've ever made, along with an accompanying timelapse video which is pretty fun to watch.

That's about all. Expect a bit more content this year than last, though not toooooo much

For months (years?) I continuously repeated my intentions to change my old page's username to reflect my modern accounts that are mostly unified across the web, and to finally stamp out my edgelord middle school gamertag. This required deviantArt Core, however, and I'm not willing to shell out $15 just to change my name. So I instead opted to create a new account, free from the cluttered mess that was my old dA account, which had reached a point where I always had about 4k+ unread deviantWatch notices in my inbox, a collection of embarrassing old memes, and a few site quirks that seemed tied to its age.

So now I'm here! Turns out "nyxOs" (with an O) was already taken by someone who created the account eleven years ago and did literally nothing with it since. There's no way to claim it or ask the admins to close it, either, so my username here is nyx0s with a zero (which is also my Pinterest username, because that was the same deal). I'm only a little frustrated with that, but hey; now the "capital" O is permanent.

Moving forward, I'll be posting all of my work here, and possibly reuploading some pieces that I like from my old account. I can't bring myself to delete F33RK1LL5, since I am proud of a handful of things on there, but I don't see myself ever using it again aside from occasionally checking in on the art exclusive to it. Also, nyx0s here won't be reserved solely for ponies, believe it or not! I certainly enjoy drawing them now, and I am improving, but there are plenty of other subjects I like and need to practice at. I may also be uploading written works here.

Anyway, there's everything I needed to detail. Maybe this account's upload schedule will be a little more consistent.
